Pastor Niffen, a lifelong resident of Hannibal, has been happily married to his wife Lisa since 1989 and is blessed with three children. He received his local ministerial license in 1990 and his general ministerial license in 2005. In 2018, Pastor Niffen was elected as the senior pastor of New Life. He harbors a profound love for people and a fervent desire to witness the growth of God's kingdom.
